文章没新意怎么办?(两拒之后)

开始投了J.Controlled.Release,拒了,说没新意。 再投JPCC,审了一个月,又拒了,一个专家说小修后接受; 另一个极力反对,一方面说材料本身性能不好,又说没新意。这样的文章该怎么处理呢?难道没人要了吗? 下面是意见:Dear Dr. *: Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in The Journal of Physical Chemistry. While one review is positve, the other review points out serious objections which make the article unacceptable. While your work appears to have been carried out with care, unfortunately, we are unable to accept all of the sound work submitted to the journal. Comments: Thank you for your invitation to review this paper. After careful reviewing, I think that this paper cannot be accepted for publication in this journal of "JPC", because it doesnot meet the high standard of JPC. In this paper, the authors hope to prepare the thermo-sensitive drug delivery system. But according to the results shown in Fig.5 and Fig.6, I think that there is no obvious difference between the in vitro release behavior at 45 centigrade and 25 centigrade. That's to say, the prepared microgel didnot show the thermosensitivity actually. And I think that PNIPAAM has been studied in many references. The novelty of the manuscript is also very poor. So, I think that this paper cannot be accepted for publication. Additional Questions: Reviewer: 2 Recommendation: This paper is publishable subject to minor revisions noted. Further review is not needed. Comments: This is one of the series works of authors about thermo-sensitive poly(N-isopropylacrylamide)/mesoporous silica nanocomposites and the application in controlled drug release. In this manuscript, the authors compared the release behavior of model drug ibuprofen from the nanocomposites. The results clearly indicated the function of thermo-sensitive polymer in nanocomposites for drug release. Therefore, this work is suitable for the publication in J. Phys. Chem. C. One question is about the loading of IBU. The author used hexane as loading medium in the present work. In hexane, PNIPAM isn’t a thermo-sensitive polymer. It should be re-explained about the loading of IBU. |
