大家好，据我所知，相当部分的研究生做的科研题目与肿瘤有关，但是遗憾的是有许多研究生毕业时对肿瘤的理解还停留在很肤浅的认识层次上，加上许多学校开展的肿瘤课程陈腐老套，耽误了我们很多青年的青春和激情，另外，许多研究生自己选择和设计的题目也不能令自己和他人满意，一个重要原因是对肿瘤的了解非常有限，文献看的太少。由于关于肿瘤的文献超过160万篇，这令许多新手无法下手，在这里，根据我个人对肿瘤的理解，特推荐下列经典文章供新手参考，也希望抛砖引玉，高手们提供更多的文章。 1）癌基因和抑癌基因与肿瘤关系文章： Hahn WC, Weinberg RA.
