When maintaining the machine, the lip-shaped seals should be checked at least once a year. When dismantling the seal, remove the fixed plate that is fixed by screws on the inner surface of the rolling cylinder, and then draw out the two sealing equipments and the seal rings, and install the new seal gasket and seal parts and assure the perfect dovetailing of parts and no obstacle present. And check with the provided instruction diagram to guarantee the correct installation of seal parts and make sure the seal parts not be damaged in the assembling process. |

Replacing seal of bearing:the sealing device is usually installed in this way that in every sealing points,there are two framework oil seals. one sealing surface is in face of materials in order to isolate materials from bearings,and so as to keep a good condition of lubricant,the other is faced with spindle collar.when going on the maintenance of machine,you sould check the lip packings,at least once a year.when removing seals,at first,you can uninstall fixed plate which is attathed to the inner surface of the rotating cylinder by screwing,pull out two sealing devices and sealing spacer ring, then install new sealing washer and seals ,with ensuring the alignment and no-dysfunction of the parts. |
