1、        当设备正在运行时，严禁将手、衣服或其他：如工具之类物件靠近转动或活动部件和进出料口，以防发生伤亡事故。
2、        保护装置和视孔盖未安装好之前，不得起动设备，设备已运行时严禁拆卸防护设备和视孔盖，设备维修后应装上所有保护装置和盖板，且应确保它们处于良好工作状态。
3、        严禁用轴承座或设备壳体顶部上的吊耳来起吊整个离心机，因为吊耳不能承受整个设备重量负载，在要起吊整台设备时，应通过机座角落处的整机吊耳起吊，否则将造成人身伤亡事故及/或损坏该设备或其他设备。
4、        起重机、提升设备、提升链、钢丝绳及其他用来起吊的设备在起吊前须经过严格检查，并确认这些设备是安全可行且对所要求起吊的最大设备载荷有一个较大的安全系数，否则将导致人身伤亡及/或毁坏本设备或其他设备事故。
5、        起吊设备、钢丝绳或链应被固定好，以防吊起时设备出现倾斜或滑动现象，在吊起整台设备或大件吊离底座或地面之前，应试吊看其是否平衡或碰到其他物体，否则将导致人身伤亡及毁坏本设备或其他设备。
6、        确认起吊设备的电源线已断开，且不致碰到起吊设备上身或起吊区附近的电缆线，应切断上述这些电线或电缆，并将它们拆除，否则将导致人身伤亡及本设备被损坏事故。
7、        千万留心，不要将手和脚伸到起吊设备下面，或伸到使起吊设备要放置的地板上。
8、        差速器润滑油不能加的过满，因为润滑油过多将使差速器（工作）温度过高导致故障。请参阅“润滑”内容。
9、        离心机的惯性较大，因此在切断电源后还会继续运转较长一段时间，一定要等离心机完全停止转动以后才能着手对它进行维护等工作。切断电源后10-20分钟，离心机才能完全停止转动。
10、        若离心机所处理的物料为有毒或有害介质，那么必须采取非常有效的措施，防止人体吸入或直接接触这些固、液体或气体有毒有害介质。例如：应穿带防护工作服、眼镜、防毒面具、防毒面罩“三紧“工作服等。
11、        只有当离心机的电源已被切断，且完全停止转动后，方能对本机进行检修或调整，否则将导致人身伤亡及损害本机或其他设备事故。
12、        未与我厂协商，不得调整离心机中任意零部件，否则将导致人身伤亡或损坏本设备或其他设备事故。
警告：
1、        在操作离心机之前，应检查并确认润滑系统已被加注正确牌号的润滑剂到合适的油位，且应定期检查确保润滑一直良好。
2、        吊起或移动电机时一定要留心避免撞击转轴将可能损坏轴承。
3、        调整溢流板时应小心，以防溢流板或螺栓掉进出液料斗。
4、        调节溢流板时，应确保所有溢流板都处于同一高度位置，否则将产生涡流等不稳定操作现象。
5、        未经我厂同意不得使用其他厂家提供的其它规格尺寸的皮带轮。
6、        不得拆卸差速器装置，加强维护保养以防润滑油泄漏。。
7、        在厂家组装前，所有转动组件各零件都是动平衡件，若转动组件的任何零件被修理过，那么组装后整个转动组件应仍为动平衡，防止过度振动与不稳定操作所致设备故障。
8、        无论离心机如何安装都应使用挠性接头（管）。
9、        仔细阅读以下内容：
a、        所有需正确定位的零部件都必须装配有定位销，一定要将他们定位牢固，以免产生不平衡运动或振动。
b、        每次启动离心机一定要等离心机达到工作转速后，才能逐渐往离心机中加料，这样可减少振动并确保设备达到最佳操作状态。
注意：
    1、禁止使用电焊、气割直接加工离心机所有转动件（螺旋叶片上可以使用），以免发生不锈钢零件变形，产生振动。
    2、禁止使用铁锤及其它硬物直接敲击旋转零件，以免发生零件变形产生不同心振动。
    3、更换轴承一定要符合说明书规定的型号规格、精度等级及操作规程。
    4、主轴承应适量加油，加多或加少后都会使轴承发热。

Everybody must keep away from the running equipment to prevent any possible damage; forbid  approaching to the turning or movable component together with the feed port or discharge hole such as hands,clothes or any other staff.

1. when equipments are running,in order to avoid injuries,you are forbidden to let your hands,clothes or other things like tools approach the rotating or moving parts and inlet or discharge port.

2. before installing protection device and lids of inspection hole,please don't starting equipment.when equipments have been running it is not allowed to remove protective equipments and lids of inspection hole.after equipments' maintenance,make sure that all the protective device and cover shall be installed and  that they are in good working conditions.

3 it is prohibited to  to lift the centrifuge by using lugs of  bearingblock or onescon the top shell of device, because the lug can't bear weight of the whole device.when lifting equipments, we should use the lug belonging to the device in the base of the device's corner, otherwise ,it  will bring about personal casualty and damages to the device or other equipments.

4. before lifting,cranes, lifting equipment, steel wire ,ascenting chain and other equpments for lifting shall undergo strict inspection to confirm that the equipment is safe and feasible ,having a high safety coefficient for the maximum lifting load of the equipment. otherwise it will cause casualties and destroy to the equipment or other equipment accidents.

5, lifting equipment, steel wire or chain should be fixed well in case that the tilting or sliding phenomenon happen in the process of hanging.before the whole equipment or large objects hanging from the base of large crane or ground, you should check whether the hanged is  balanced or encountering into other equipments, otherwise it will cause casualties and damages to this equipment or other equipments.

Booting device without protector and inspection hole lid installed is not allowed. Dismantling the protector and inspection lid when device is operating is forbidden. All the protectors and lids should be reinstalled after overhauling and good working condition should be assured.

Lifting the centrifuge through the lifting lug on top of the shell of the device and the bearing base are forbidden because the lifting lug is not design to hold the weight of the device. In case of lifting the device, the device should be lifted via the device lifting lug mounted in the corner of the machine base. Otherwise operation could cause the injure and death accident and/or damage to this device as well as other device.

6、        所使用的电线和控制元件必须符合国家有关电器标准，并确认离心机及相关设备接地良好，对离心机及相应设备进行电气方面工作时，必须由获得电气上岗证书的电气人员来完成。

6.make sure that the power line of lifting equipment is disconnected,having not encountered into the upper parts of lifting equipment or  cables near it.you should cut off  power lines or cable mentioned and put them down, or personal injury and  the accidents of  damages to equipment will occur.

7. be care that you shouldn't stretch hands and legs into the lifting equipiment's bottom or the floor for placing the lifting equipment.

8. the Differential shouldn't be excessively filled with lubricant fully , because of which  will make the differential (working)run with a high temperature ,resulting in malfunction. Please refer to the "lubricating" content.

9. because of centrifuge, large inertia, when centrifuge's power is cut off ,it  will continue to run for a long period of time.you must wait for a full stop ,and then turn to work of maintenance of centrifuge and etc. After powered off for 10-20 minutes,it will completely stop running.

10. if materials you deal with by centrifuge are toxic or harmful medium, then you must take effective measures to prevent the human body from inhalating or directly getting contact with liquid or gas toxic or harmful medium. For example:wearing protective glasses, clothes, gas gas mask ,"three close"clothes and etc.

11. only when the power supply for centrifuge has been cut off and it fully stop,you can do repair or adjustment to the machine, otherwise it will cause  casualties and damages to the machine or accidents of other equipments.

Caution：
1.        To avoid deformation and consequent oscillation of stainless iron parts, all the rotating parts except for the spiral flights are forbidden to be processed by electric welding and gas cutter.
2.        To avoid non-concentric resonance of parts, hammer and other hardware are not allowed to directly strike the rotating parts.
3.        In substituting the bearing, the device type, accuracy rating and substituing steps must comply with those specified in the instruction.
4.        The main bearing should be oiled appropriately, over oiled or under oiled could cause the heating of the bearing.
