刚收到一email，一个西班牙的老板，不知道这样的回复靠不靠谱？另外问一下有没有熟悉西班牙博后申请的兄弟，西班牙是不是要拿到博士以后才能从西班牙教育部申请到博后fellowship？ Thank you very much por your email.
