刚收到一email，一个西班牙的老板，不知道这样的回复靠不靠谱？另外问一下有没有熟悉西班牙博后申请的兄弟，西班牙是不是要拿到博士以后才能从西班牙教育部申请到博后fellowship？

our group after completion of the PhD degree.
Our research concerns both experimetnal and theoretical work-. I hope
you are also willing to make experiments.
In order to get a postdoc position it would be necesary to apply for a
fellowship to our Ministry of Education. But it is mandatory to get the
PhD degree. Therefore it would be necessary to apply for such postdoc
fellowshiop after July 2010 (when you get the PhD degree). I?ll try to
get information about the application schedule and research topics to
let you know.
