文章一小部分需要删掉该如何回答审稿专家

我前阵子在Photochemistry and Photobiology杂志中投了一篇文章，审稿专家给我一些审稿意见，其中一个我不理解，麻烦大家帮我看看 Comment 4 – The water loss is evaluated from the decrease in diffuse back reflectance (apparent absorbance), indeed, some correlation should be, but this is not evident; moreover, optical clearing is evaluated as reflectance (apparent absorbance?) difference for 10 min and 60 min after agent application, but water loss on the basis of the same diffuse reflectance measurements but in 30 min related to control. All these representations should be briefly but clearly motivated, referencing to literature is not sufficient. 我的理解他意思为：要求我提供有关我利用一种方法分析water loss的详细参考文献。 但是经我仔细阅读相关的文献，发现我这个方法依据不充分（即在我文中不能使用），所以我想把这一部分删掉，另因这一部分在文章中不是很重要，请问有人遇见过经审稿专家提出的问题，后您觉得不好，希望删掉，应该怎么样去回答专家的问题？谢谢各位！ |
