文章经过初审让大修.大修后经二审,意见如下 Reviewer #1: The paper has been clearly improved. However, the effects of bFGF gene silencing on glioma cell proliferation remain rather low. Minor point: the authors should label the x-axis of the diagram in Fig. 4. Reviewer #2: The authors have responded to most of the reviewers comments, but serious reservations remain. The biggest issue is that the effects observed are fairly modest, and do not provide convincing evidence that this approach will lead anywhere in glioma therapy. This could potentially be rescued by survival studies, or combinations with chemotherapeutics as suggested in the previous round of comments. The use of glioma stem-like cells may also help, as these may be more responsive to this approach. MINOR POINTS 1. the cell line should be referred to as LN229 rather than L229. 2.
