二、课题组简介及联系方式
顾连峰现为林学中心全职教授,博士生导师。2012年获得中国科学院生物信息学博士学位,2015年从美国加州大学河滨分校回国,2016年入选福建省C类引进高层次人才,2017年获第十四届林业青年科技奖获得者。现为福建农林大学“金山学者”。先后主持多项基金项目,包括国家自然基金面上项目三项、重点研发子课题三项。始终以表观遗传学为主线,以福建种植面积较广的禾本科材料为主要研究对象,解析快速生长和胁迫应答的表观遗传调控机制。共发表六十多篇SCI论文。有多篇通讯作者SCI论文在Genome Biology、Plant Physiology、Tree Physiology、Plant Journal、Bioinformatics和Journal of Integrative Plant Biology等期刊发表。

三、研究方向及代表性成果
表观遗传学和生物信息学。长期从事表观遗传学相关研究,以植物为研究对象,结合多组学数据和分子生物学等手段,解析RNA修饰、DNA甲基化以及选择性拼接对快速生长和开花以及胁迫应答调控。建立了高效便捷的功能基因研究体系(Journal of Integrative Plant Biology,2023; Journal of Plant Biology,2021;Genomics, Proteomics & Bioinformatics,2023)。并解析非编码RNA 及N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)在快速生长中的作用 (Plant physiology, 2022; JIPB, 2020; Tree physiology, 2022), 推进了生长发育的表观遗传学调控研究。建立了参考基因组序列(JIPB, 2022; 2024)。从单碱基水平定量解析N6-甲基腺嘌呤(m6A)修饰次生生长的调控 (Genome Biology, 2021; Plant physiology, 2022),解析DNA甲基化对开花和木质部发育的调控 (Plant Journal, 2021; Plant Journal, 2018; Plant Journal, 2023)。发表环状RNA和选择性拼接对生长发育调控(Plant Journal,2017;Cells, 2019; BMC plant biology, 2018; Frontiers in Genetics, 2019;Frontiers in Plant Science, 2021); 揭示环状RNA通过R-loop调控宿主基因的选择性拼接(JIPB,2021)并受转录后调控 (Bioinformatics, 2019);发现m6A和环状RNA和在快速生长中具有调控作用(Plant and Cell Physiology, 2019)。
