文章审了3个月，今天收到信件，主编的信如下，请各位高手帮助分析分析，谢谢！！ “As you will read, generally believes that the data are of interest, but due to the poor presentation it is impossible to fully evaluate the manuscript. Therefore, the manuscript cannot be published in XX in the current state. I am sorry that your paper has to be rejected. If you decide to fully rewrite the manuscript and bring it to a state that it can be evaluated scientifically, you are invited to submit it again to our journal.
