如何处理主编这样的拒稿信（发金币）

文章审了3个月，今天收到信件，主编的信如下，请各位高手帮助分析分析，谢谢！！ “As you will read, generally believes that the data are of interest, but due to the poor presentation it is impossible to fully evaluate the manuscript. Therefore, the manuscript cannot be published in XX in the current state. I am sorry that your paper has to be rejected. If you decide to fully rewrite the manuscript and bring it to a state that it can be evaluated scientifically, you are invited to submit it again to our journal. It will then be treated as a new submission”. 我打算找个语言公司去改，然后在把内容修改修改，再重投这个杂志，各位觉得有戏吗？（意见中肯的发金币感谢） |
