管式电炉密封问题

管式电炉两端用法兰阀密封，接口处用704硫化橡胶和生料带密封，管是新换的，但真空还是没办法保持，不只哪里漏气（漏的很小，真空表从-0.8走到0大概半个多小时），但用肥皂水检测不出来哪里漏气，有什么更好的检测办法吗，包括阀门螺丝及其它各个衔接处，真是头大啊，这不解决炉子就是废品，没用啊 ps：炉子图片 也上传了http://d.namipan.com/d/d677eb771 ... 9e290b90d829a770000 |

vacuum grease to the rubber seals. the shape of cross-section of the rubber seal is better to be of square or similar instead of circle. 2. using a piece of thick-wall rubber tubing to couple with your oven tube, and then using a large clip to seal the rubber tubing. you can consult a teacher in phys. dept. 3. always keep pumping without stop. p.s. 1. a helium leak detector would be the right tool for finding leaks although it is difficult to find one. 2. from the photo, you are using a ceramic tube, whether are there some leaks from the tube wall. 3. fill the tube with N2 gas (must pay much attention to the pressure not exceeding the specification pressure of the tube), and then apply leak detection liquid (similar to your soap water but more professional) to the flanges to search for leaks.
