就是这段话啦，那个高手帮帮忙！ 本文分别试验了不同可溶性固形物含量、不同浆液pH值以及不同的保温提条温度对腐皮产量及质量的影响。结果表明，三个关键影响因子中，保温提条温度对腐皮产率影响最大；可溶性固形物含量、浆液PH值与腐皮厚度呈正相关，而保温提条温度与腐皮厚度成负相关；浆液PH值对腐皮延伸率影响最大；三因子对腐皮抗拉强度均有影响；三因子对腐皮色差的影响趋势相一致。 哦，对了，还有这句“关键因子对腐皮产量及质量的影响”，看看我翻的“Effects of Key-factors on the Yield and Quality of the Yuba Production”有没有问题。 如能尽快回帖，除20个金币，我还会多多奖励！  [ Last edited by qingshaojun0823 on 2009-9-24 at 09:23 ] |

Effects of different soluble solids content, slurry pH values, and insulation temperature on the yield and quality of Yuba were studied,the result shows that insulation temperature on the Yuba is the most predominant impact among thethree factors ,Soluble solids content and pH value of slurry correlate positively with the Yuba thickness, while the warm temperature and Yuba mention of the thickness has a negative correlation,pH value of slurry correlate iss the greatest impact on the Yuba elongation.it also shows the three factors affected the Yuba tensile strength and had similar impact on skin color [ Last edited by peter_he2009 on 2009-9-23 at 20:05 ] |

We have carried out experiments with use of different soluble solids content, slurry pH values, and insulation temperature on the yield and quality of Yuba. Our results demonstrate that among three key factors, insulation temperature on the Yuba has predominant impact. Soluble solids content and pH value of slurry correlate positively with the Yuba thickness, while the warm temperature and Yuba mention of the thickness has a negative correlation. Slurry pH value has the greatest impact on the Yuba elongation. There are three factors affecomg on the Yuba tensile strength with similar impact on skin color. there 3 factors on quality and quantity of the YUBA were studied in experiments: content of soluable solid, pH of serum and tempreture of the 保温提条。 the results are: to the yeild, tempreture of 保温提条 effected the most; to the extensibility, serum pH has a predominant impact; to the thickness, content of soluable solid and serum pH have a positive effect while tempreture of the 保温提条 has the negative; the 3 factors effect the Yuba tensile strength at the same time and have the same effect on YUBA skin color |
