We have carried out experiments with use of different soluble solids content, slurry pH values, and insulation temperature on the yield and quality of Yuba. Our results demonstrate that among three key factors, insulation temperature on the Yuba has predominant impact. Soluble solids content and pH value of slurry correlate positively with the Yuba thickness, while the warm temperature and Yuba mention of the thickness has a negative correlation. Slurry pH value has the greatest impact on the Yuba elongation. There are three factors affecomg on the Yuba tensile strength with similar impact on skin color.
