[交流] 帮忙看一下这几个句子有没有问题

1. Like other malignant diseases, polygenes involvement coupled with accumulation of genetic and epigenetic changes make the high mortality rate without markedly changed.
2.  HCC often coupled with liver dysfunction restrict the use of conventional chemotherapeutics as there are more or less non-selective toxicity with significant systemic side effects.
请大侠们帮俺看看这两个句子有问题吗，如果有，怎么修改啊，急急急……非常感谢哈……！！！
