Help! 我怎么回答审稿人的问题

各位大侠，我有两个困惑： 1. 审稿人有一个问题是“Proteins treated with proteases could produce fragmental and bitter peptides, which could not only be undesirable for food use but also result in the loss of functional properties. That is why the treatment is useful only when certain selected proteases or reaction conditions are used to limit the production of bitter peptides. The authors should at least address these concerns”。 对于“address these concerns”，我不太理解。审稿人是要我直接回答问题，还是在正文的前言中加一段与此有关的话。 2.审稿人要我对论文中的一个试验结果加以讨论，但同时他在来信中写出我的这个结果可能有3种原因：a,b,c. 我觉得他的解释特别好。对于这种情况，我能否把他来信中的原话直接放到我的文章中？以什么方式表示感谢？若不能直接引用，我应该以什么方式在我的文章中引用？ |
