Referring to the method of Li He-Sheng and others,10ml algal mixture was filtrated with air pump at room temperature in a Büchner funnel. Filter paper of the filtrate was extracted using ethanol (10ml, 95%) in colorimetric tube. After standing at the refrigerator in the dark for 24h, the solution was centrifuged for 15 minutes at 4000r/min. The supernatant was analyzed at 665,649,470 nm in colorimetric ware (1 cm) by the spectrophotometer and 95% ethanol was used as a blank. [ Last edited by jw227 on 2009-9-10 at 09:30 ] |
