Referring to the method of Li He-Sheng and others，10ml algal mixture was filtrated with air pump at room temperature in a Büchner funnel. Filter paper of the filtrate was extracted using ethanol (10ml, 95%) in colorimetric tube. After standing at the refrigerator in the dark for 24h, the solution was centrifuged for 15 minutes at 4000r/min.
