。应用植物化学成分研究的规范化方法对所得结果进行了分析讨论,在植物化学分类层面将黔竹节参与鄂竹节参1号块茎挥发性成分区分为基本成分与特征成分,在此基础上再细分为主要成分、次要成分及修饰成分,它们的基本成分完全相同,表明它们存在较近的亲缘关系,特征成分与修饰成分各有数十种之多,表明两者之间存在较大的差异,对鄂竹节参1号而言,经历了从野生到家种的演变过程,变异性成为其生长过程的主要趋势。在生物合成与转化层面研究表明,竹节参生长过程中,醋酸-丙二酸途径(AA-MA途径)与甲戊二羟酸途径(MVA途径)占据优势地位,使得两种精油中酸类化合物的含量较高,且倍半萜种类多、含量高。 |

The results were analyzed and discussed through the standardized research method of pytochemistry. Volatile components in the Rhizome of Panax japonicus from Guizhou and Panax japonicus 1 from Hubei were divided into the basic components and typical components. On the basis of study mentioned above, the major components, minor components and modificated components were subdivided and the components in these two species are almost the same. It shows they exist close phylogenetic relationship. The modificated components and typical components have dozens of ingredients, which indicated that there are great differences between them. Panax japonicus 1 experienced the process from the wild species to artifical planting and variability is the primary tendency in the process of growth. From studies about the biological synthesis and transformation, it suggested the acetic acid-malonate pathway (AA-MA pathway) and mevalonic acid pathway (MVA pathway) are principal in growth of Panax japonicus. Thus, the content of acidic compounds in two kinds of essential oils is higher, in which the content and types of sesquiterpenes are higher. [ Last edited by jw227 on 2009-9-8 at 23:03 ] |
