从基因水平对高血压发病原因及机制的研究具有重要的理论和临床指导意义,但目前对该病相关基因的研究多局限在小群体、少数(单)基因的少数(单)位点,远缺乏系统性。鉴于此,本项目拟充分利用云南少数民族隔离人群的遗传资源优势,针对血压调控中最重要的系统之一肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS),开展哈尼族、彝族及汉族的RAAS系统相关的全部9个基因(AGT、CYP11B2、ACE、ACE2、AT1、AT2、MAS1、REN、RenBP )标签SNPs与原发性高血压发生的相关性研究,鉴定每个位点的基因型,构建9个基因的单倍型,确定云南隔离人群原发性高血压相关基因和位点相互作用的最佳有效组合模式,探讨不同遗传背景民族间血压调控基因的遗传学特征。力求系统、全面地揭示RAAS系统与高血压发病的相关性,阐明云南少数民族原发性高血压的发病机理,为其早期诊断和风险性评估提供理论依据。 翻译出完成后,金币一并给出。在线等,截止间:今天上午10点半 |

The genotypes will be identified for every site. 9 haplotypes of genes will be established. The best combination mode of hypertension-related genes and its site in isolated population of Yunnan will be determined. The characteristic of blood pressure regulatory genes among nationalities with different genetic background will be explored. We will try our best to reveal the relevance of RAAS system and hypertension pathogenesis systematically and comprehensively ; clarify the mechanism of essential hypertension pathogenesis ; provide theoretical basis for early diagnosis and risk assessment.
