将以下一段话的每一个句子换个说法，意思不变。由于原文表达的很贴切，但又不能全部照抄，想改写，但原文写得比较紧凑，表达到位，所以不知道怎么改。望高手帮帮忙！ During the fabrication process, the microspheres were collected by centrifugation, and the supernatant was collected. The BCA protein assay was utilized to determine the concentration of BSA present in the supernatant, thus providing the mass of protein not encapsulated. A mass balance was performed to determine the amount of BSA that was loaded into the microspheres. In the synthesis procedure, the micocapsules were obtained by centrifuating the suspension, and the supernatant was also collected for further characterizations. Firstly, the amount of protein that was not encapsulated was known by the BSA content in the supernatant, which could be determined by means of BCA protein assay. Then, the amount of encapsulated BSA in the microspheres, therefore, could be easily calculated by mass balancing, during which the amount of protein that lost while leaching was not considered. On that account, the loading contents of the protein were overestimated with a very small deviation.
