帮看看这么给老外回信行不行

背景：老外有个项目想找人做，但是钱不够，让我从别的地方申请点经费，他可以资助我的paperwork（靠，也不知道啥意思）。我想跟他说，我没有留学基金，但我有一个自然科学基金的项目可以部分资助我，所以希望你能告诉我，你愿意给我的最低工资是多少，我好最终决定去不去。（想办法帮咱说的客气点，但也不用第三下四的，他在美国混的还没我在中国混得好呢，10BB全赠送哦，谢谢啦） 老外的信 Dear Dr 。。。 I will be happy to write you a letter and send you official invitation to work in my laboratory, but unfortunately, it will be too late to begin. Moreover, you will have to show financial support for yourself since my support will not be enough for you to sustain your day to day living expenses. If you have means to get some funds to visit USA, I will be delighted to sponsor your paperwork. 我打算写的回信 Dear Prof. 。。。, I sincerely appreciate your kindness.I can apply for a financial support from the goverment of china, but I will get the scholarship earliest in April, 2010. As you said, it is too late. I addition, now, I am the principal investigator of a research project on ****, which is supported by NSFC(National Natural Science Funds of China). So if you also hope cooperation between us, please let me know the lowest salary you like to pay for me? Anyway, I am still like to contact with you when I have got some funds.
