出版社的回信我看不懂，向高人请教。（可否帮我翻译一下）

我投的那个期刊的编辑（貌似不是主编）半个多月前给我发邮件说我的文章接收了，然后让我把文章发给出版社（给了我一个邮箱）。过了一段日子收到出版社的回信，如下： Dear Sir, I can only accept papers for publication from the Editor in Chief on this journal. A new and unchecked paper sent to us is simply forwarded to the Independent Editorial Board for Review. They advise us in due course as to whether the paper is suitable for publication or not. We therefore do not keep records of such, as yet unvetted, papers.
