通过调节基质组分比例,研究了SrAl2xO3x+1:Eu2+,Dy3+(x=1~2)荧光粉晶体结构,发光性质及长余辉特性。选取硝酸锶和硝酸铝作为基质原材料,硼酸氨和氟化铝作为助溶剂,采用阳离子草酸盐共沉淀、湿法混合及分步合成等方法,制备了亮度高、余辉长及良好粒径分布的系列长余辉发光材料。基于对样品X射线衍射图谱,激发、发射光谱和余辉衰减曲线测量及分析,发现SrAl2xO3x+1: Eu2+,Dy3+具有良好的结晶状态;随x增加,发射光谱峰值从520nm蓝移至470nm;衰减到可辨认发光强度0.32mcd/m2余辉时间可相应地从30h延长到60h以上。表现不同余辉特性的主要原因是Eu2+在基质中具有不同浓度、不同衰减速度的蓝、绿两种发光中心造成的,其中蓝发光中心寿命明显高于绿发光中心。

By adjusting the matrix component proportion,research the phosphor crystal structure of SrAl2xO3x+1:Eu2+,Dy3+(x=1~2), luminance and persistence characteristic.Select strontium nitrate and aluminium nitrate as stroma materials, use AmmoniumBorate and aluminium fluoride as latent solvent, synthesis series of long-lasting phosphor by the stepwise synthesis and  co-precipitates of oxalates ,wet-mixing. the long-lasting phosphor in the paper having the qualities of High brightness,long afterglow, Good particle size distribution.

The Xs and emission spectrum results showed that SrAl2xO3x+1: Eu2+,Dy3+ have good crystallizationcan , with the x increasing he excited from 520nm to 470nm.

By adjusting the proportion of components, fluorescence crystal structure, luminescent properties and long afterglow characteristics of SrAl2xO3x+1: Eu2+, Dy3+(x=1~2) were studyied. Strontium nitrate and aluminum nitrate as a matrix of raw materials, then ammonia and aluminum fluoride boric acid as a cosolvent, we used cationic oxalate coprecipitation, wet mixing, synthesis method and step-by-step method to prepare a series of long afterglow luminescent materials with high-brightness, long afterglow and good size distribution. Based on X-ray diffraction pattern of sample, excitement and emission spectra and afterglow decay curve measurement, we found that SrAl2xO3x +1: Eu2+, Dy3+ has a good crystalline state. With x increasing, AES peak moved from 520nm to 470nm; afterglow time for attenuation to recognizable luminous intensity of 0.32mcd/m2 can be extended from 30h to 60h. The characteristics of different afterglow are mainly due to Eu2+ in matrix with different concentrations, different decay rate of blue and green radiation centers. The blue light-emitting center was significantly higher than the green one.

Selecting strontium nitrate and aluminum nitrate as raw materials of host, ammonium borate and aluminum fluoride as fluxes, and using cationic oxalic acid co-precipitation, wet mixing, stepwise synthesis etc., a series of long-afterglow phosphors with high-brightness, long duration time and good particle-size distribution are prepared. Based the analyses on X-ray diffraction pattern, excitation and emission spectra, and afterglow decay curve of the sample, it is found that SrAl2xO3x+1: Eu2+, Dy3+ has a good crystal structure; the emission peak show blueshift from 520nm to 470nm as x increase; The afterglow time for attenuation to recognizable luminous intensity (0.32mcd/m2) can be extended from 30h to above 60h. The main reason of different afterglow is that there are two Eu2+ luminous centers (blue and green-emitting) with different concentration and different fluorescence-decay time in the host. The fluorescence lifetime of blue-emitting center is apparently higher than that of the green-emitting one.
