The authors stated that the probe can eliminate the impact of auto-fluorescence effect due to the long-lived luminescence of Tb. However, the fluorescence recognition of the probe for Aβ in this work was measured by the steady-fluorescence mode rather than time-resolved luminescence mode. Accordingly, since the fluorescence signal was collected, which cannot reflect the ability of long-lived luminescence to eliminate the short-live background fluorescence. Thus, the comparison between steady-fluorescence and time-resolved luminescence for Aβ recognition should be provided. 上述为审稿人的问题，没怎么看明白如何测试 time-resolved luminescence for Aβ ，请大虫们赐教。 |
