请教时间分辨荧光的问题

The authors stated that the probe can eliminate the impact of auto-fluorescence effect due to the long-lived luminescence of Tb. However, the fluorescence recognition of the probe for Aβ in this work was measured by the steady-fluorescence mode rather than time-resolved luminescence mode. Accordingly, since the fluorescence signal was collected, which cannot reflect the ability of long-lived luminescence to eliminate the short-live background fluorescence.
