求助高人帮忙翻译这段，谢谢！ To measure the glycerol content of the cells , the strains of C. albicans were cultured in a YPD medium at 28degree Centigrade for 2 days , and then the cell suspensions were incubated in fresh YPD medium with fungicides or 6%NaCL for 5h at 28degree Centigrade . After incubation, the cells were collected by centrifugation ,washed twice with distilled water , and then extracted at 80degree Centigrade for 5 min. After centrifugation at 15000rpm, the glycerol concentration in the supernatant was measured by the UV-glycerol assay prodedure (R-Biopharm GmbH) described previously . The same samples were dried for 24h at 85 degree Centigrade to measure their dry weight . |

| 为了检测细胞中的甘油含量，将白念珠菌株置于于YPD培养基中以28摄氏度培养2天。然后将细胞悬浮物在新鲜YPD培养基，并加入杀菌剂或6 ％ NaCl溶液，28摄氏度恒温培养５小时。然后，将细胞离心，用蒸馏水清洗两次，然后在80摄氏度提取5分钟。经过15000rpm离心，甘油上清液用前述紫外线甘油法测定 （R-Biopharm GmbH公司）。同一样品在85摄氏度干燥24小时，称重。 |
