| 摘要:将新城疫病毒(Newcastle disease virus, NDV)ND-xx08 株分离、纯化、培养后,提取其病毒的基因组 RNA,RT-PCR扩增获得与HN基因预期大小一致的 DNA片段,克隆到 pMD-18载体,经 EcoR I 和 Hind III 双酶切鉴定正确后送往上海生工测序。经测定,其 HN 基因的序列长度为 1 716bp,共编码 571 个氨基酸。与国内外发表的24株 NDV 相同序列的同源性分析表明,其核苷酸序列的同源性在80%-98.4%之间,氨基酸同源性在87.2%-98.2%之间。 |

At home and abroad published the same 24 NDV sequence homology analysis showed that the nucleotide sequence homology of 80% -98.4%, and amino acid homology of 87.2% -98.2% in between. |

二楼那是机器翻译。 Abstract: ND-xx08 from Newcastle Disease Virus (NDV) was separated, purified and cultured to obtain the virus genome RNA. DNA fragments was acquired by RT-PCR amplification and consistent with the expected HN gene length. The DNA fragment was then cloned into pMD -18 vector and double enzyme digested by coR I and Hind III for verification. The clone was sent Shanghai Sangon Biologica Engineering for sequencing. The sequencing results showed the length of HN gene is 1716bp, encoding 571 amino acids. Homology analysis with 24 published NDV sequences showed the 80% to 98.4% of nucleotide sequence homology and 87.2% to 98.2% of amino acid homology. |
