步骤如下：
Wash column with 3× volume of the resin of Water. Drain completely.
Wash column with 3× volume of the resin of 100 mM of EDTA at pH 8.0. Drain completely.
Wash column with 5× volume of the resin of Water. Drain completely.
Wash column with 1× volume of the resin of 0.2 M NaOH. Drain completely.
Wash column with 5× volume of the resin of Water. Drain completely.
Wash column with 2× volume of the resin of 0.1 M NiSO4 or NiCl2. Drain completely.
Wash column with 5× volume of the resin of Water. Drain completely.
Store the resin with 20% ethanol.
