XPS是一种半定量的分析方法，其信息深度只有1-3nm，因此不能精确测定不同价态元素的含量，所以在论文中我们没有对其进行拟合分峰来计算元素含量。 Information depth of XPS, a semi-quantitative analytical method, is only 1-3nm, so that element content in different valence status can not be measured accurately. Hence, in this paper peak fitted method is not applied to calculate element content. |

| XPS is a semi-quantified analytical method with the detection depth of 1-3 nm. it is not suitable for precise measurement of the content of elements of different valence status. therefore, in the current study, the peaks of XPS spectra were not used for the calculation of content of elements. |
