| XPS is a semi-quantified analytical method with the detection depth of 1-3 nm. it is not suitable for precise measurement of the content of elements of different valence status. therefore, in the current study, the peaks of XPS spectra were not used for the calculation of content of elements. |

Hence, in this paper peak fitted method is not applied to calculate element content. |
