High-risk attribute of dangerous chemicals and the level of employment unit in our country determine the uniqueness of risk management in dangerous chemicals supply chain. The paper first explores the closed-loop supply chain risk of dangerous chemicals in China, analyzes theoretically the binary relations through its consequences and exposure, structure the risk management system of dangerous chemicals supply chain from the dangerous chemicals production, storage, transportation, sales, use and disposal system. This system is started from definition of the system, through data collection, the definition of the initial event for risk identification, risk estimation and risk assessment, and finally gained the conclusion and risk decision-making. | The high risk of dangerous chemicals and employed in the unit level of dangerous chemicals in supply chain risk management. This paper explores the hazardous chemical closed-loop supply chain risk, through its consequences and exposed to the binary relation theory analysis, dangerous chemicals from the production, storage, transportation, sale and use of and waste treatment system, the structure of dangerous chemicals in supply chain risk management system. In this system, by definition of system data collection, define the initial event to risk identification, risk estimate and risk assessment, the conclusion that the risk of decision-making. This system is effectively dangerous chemicals in supply chain risk management system based on offer. |

In this paper, the risk of closed-loop supply chain for hazardous chemicals in China is first discussed. By analyzing the interrelationship through its consequences, a risk management system of hazardous chemicals supply chain is constructed from the hazardous chemicals production, storage, transportation, sales, use and disposal. This system is initiated from systematic definition. By data collection, risk definition and identification of the initial event, risk estimation and risk assessment, the system finally makes conclusion and risk assessment. The system provides scientific basis for effective risk management of hazardous chemicals supply chain. |
