High-risk attribute of dangerous chemicals and the level of employment unit in our country determine the uniqueness of risk management in dangerous chemicals supply chain. The paper first explores the closed-loop supply chain risk of dangerous chemicals in China, analyzes theoretically the binary relations through its consequences and exposure, structure the risk management system of dangerous chemicals supply chain from the dangerous chemicals production, storage, transportation, sales, use and disposal system. This system is started from definition of the system, through data collection, the definition of the initial event for risk identification, risk estimation and risk assessment, and finally gained the conclusion and risk decision-making.
