方法测定10种中药中铅和镉的含量，并就其中铅和镉含量与其不良反应进行了相关性探讨；对于Pb、Cd的测定，选择对二者具有高选择性的等离子体发射光谱法进行测定。 The concentrations of Pd and Cd in 10 Chinese traditional medicines were measured respectively, and correlation of corresponding side effects were analyzed. ICP-AES method was applied to detect their concentrations for highly selective to both of them. |

technical approach The contents of Pd and Cd in ten kinds of Chinese medicines have been measured and the relationship between Pd and Cd contents and side effects has been discussed. For the determination of Pd and Cd contents, plasma emission spectrometry is preferred because it is highly selective to both elements. |
