the activity of oncostatin in active substance will become lower with the longer ultraviolet irradiation time ,exposed to ultraviolet light for 25 minutes,the activity tends to zero;the activity of oncostatin in active substance dropped sharply with the treatment temperature increasing,when the treatment temperature is above 90°,the active substance loses its activity thoroughly;by comparison,when the PH value is between 7 and 11,there is no difference,when the PH value is between 3 and 7,there is a remarkable fall in activity,when the PH value is between 3 ,the active substance loses its activity totally。 楼主可参考一下,未必完全准确。 |
