the activity of oncostatin in active substance will become lower with the longer ultraviolet irradiation time ，exposed to ultraviolet light for 25 minutes，the activity tends to zero；the activity of oncostatin in active substance dropped sharply with the treatment temperature increasing，when the treatment temperature is above 90°，the active substance loses its activity thoroughly；by comparison，when the PH value is between 7 and 11，there is no difference，when the PH value is between 3 and 7，there is a remarkable fall in activity，when the PH value is between 3 ，the active substance loses its activity totally。 楼主可参考一下，未必完全准确。  |
