The anti-tumor activity drops steeply with the increase of temperature and disappears completely at temperatures higher than 90C. The activity of the active substance shows no difference from the control at the pH range of 7~11, but decreases obviously from pH 7 to pH 3 and reaches zero when pH is 3. |
