活性物质的抑瘤活性随紫外照射时间的加长而降低,紫外光下照射25 min后,活性趋于0;活性物质的抑瘤活性随处理温度的升高而迅速下降,处理温度超过90℃后,活性完全丧失;活性物质的抑瘤活性在pH 7~11范围内活性与对照无差异,在pH 3~7之间,活性明显下降,pH值为3时,其活性则完全丧失。

the anti-tumor activity of active substances will be lower with longer UV exposure time ,if exposed to ultraviolet light for 25 min,the activity tends to 0.futhurmore, the anti-tumor activity of active substances will also be dropped quickly if exposed to higher temperature,if the temperature is over 90℃,there will be no anti-tumor activity.in addition. when in the range pH=7~11,the anti-tumor activity share no difference with the contrast,while pH=3~7,it dropped quickly ,even pH=3, its activity was completely lost .

the anti-tumor activity of the active substance decreases upon exposure to UV  radiation and reaches zero after 25 mins of UV radiation. The anti-tumor activity drops steeply with the increase of temperature and disappears completely at temperatures higher than 90C. The activity of the active substance shows no difference from the control at the pH range of 7~11, but decreases obviously from pH 7 to pH 3 and reaches zero when pH is 3.

the activity of  oncostatin  in active substance will become lower with the longer ultraviolet irradiation time  ,exposed to ultraviolet light for 25 minutes,the activity tends to zero;the activity of  oncostatin  in active substance dropped sharply with the treatment temperature increasing,when the treatment temperature is above 90°,the active substance loses its activity thoroughly;by comparison,when the PH  value is between 7 and 11,there is no difference,when the PH  value is between 3 and 7,there is a remarkable fall in activity,when the PH  value is between 3 ,the active substance loses its activity totally。
