一.工作原理 双桨叶干燥机主要由传动机构、箱体、主轴搅拌、轴承体、出料调节机构、旋转接头等部件组成。 动力传输部分:主要由电动机、减速机、 主动齿轮 、从动齿轮 、轴间齿轮等组成。它的主要作用是把电机的动力传输给主轴搅拌部分,使其在额定转速范围内运转,也可根据用户要求选用变频调速或电磁调速配置进行变速运行。 主轴搅拌部分:主要由两根空心轴和其表面若干个楔形空心桨叶等组成。空心轴内设置传热(加热或冷却)介质(蒸汽、水、油等)回流管,两端或单端配置的旋转接头是这些介质进出的接口。运行时主轴搅拌部分对物料搅拌、推挤并进行加热或冷却。 轴承体部分:在主轴的两端,共配置了三个或两个轴承体,由轴承、轴承座、轴承盖、密封填料、填料压盖、检修盖等组成。动力端配置了主辅两个轴承体,主轴承体是主轴主要支撑点且作为轴向移动的定位点,辅助轴承体是为阻止轴头过大变形而设置的。非动力端轴承体除提供主轴的承力点外,主轴可以自由伸缩。各轴承体均设置了轴承的冷却结构。 出料调节机构主要由调节板、转轴、定位件等组成。 二.安装调试 安装前应先检查各部件是否完好无损,并清理干净内部。 安装就位后调试前应检查轴承座内是否已注入润滑脂,否则应加注适量润滑脂,一般选用2号二硫化钼复合钙基脂或其它耐高温等适用润滑脂。 安装旋转接头前,要认真阅读旋转接头《使用说明书》,正确安装,以防止密封垫的损坏。 加热或冷却介质入口管路上需加装压力表及稳压装置。入口前必须安装安全阀,防止设备超压工作。加热介质温度不得超过额定使用温度。 对轴端部单端配置的旋转接头在安装时应注意,伸入其内腔的接管端部200毫米内的表面应光滑无孔,无锈无渣无疤,能达到对加热(或冷却)介质的密封要求,且尺寸合适。同双端安装旋转接头一样,须经试压不漏后方可进行整机调试。 对齿轮传动或链传动进行检查和调试,使其符合机械传动要求。 对电动机和电器进行安全检查。点触电机电源开关,电机及传动件均应无卡阻现象,并确定主轴的转向正确(桨叶转动时应尖头朝前)。 启动电机,使设备空载运转,运转应平稳,不得出现不正常的噪声。对于带调速装置的应在可调节范围内进行调速,加速时应缓慢进行以检查调速特性是否符合要求。空载运转不得少于30分钟。 逐渐加热或冷却,观察运转情况,使热源或冷源达到使用参数。带冷却保护装置的设备必须在通蒸汽前打开冷却水阀门。 逐渐加入物料,观察和检查物料的干燥情况,并不断根据需要对加料量、热(冷)源量、出料量及转速进行调整,达到设计要求后即可投入正常运转。 三.运转中的操作注意事项 注意观察电流是否在电机额定值内,否则应立即找出原因并予以解决。 对不同的物料,应注意控制进料速度,以确保运行平稳,尤其是不可强制大大量加入物料。 物料装填量即出料料位高度可利用出料调节机构进行调节。调好后,一般不得随意变动位置。 注意轴承体的温度不可高于70ºC,应适时加注高质量润滑脂。及时调整轴承体和轴封填料处冷却装置的冷却水量。 打开轴承体上的视孔盖,观察各处密封是否有泄漏。填料密封处如有泄漏可压紧填料压盖或更换填料。 齿轮啮合部位应及时涂抹润滑脂,并注意防尘和加盖防尘罩。 不允许超压或超负荷运行。 设备首次使用一周后,将减速机内润滑油放尽,重新更换同型号新油。 停机时要将机内物料清理干净。 北方地区冬季停车时,需放净机内存水。 |
