本文首先采用溶胶-凝胶法制备有机改性纳米二氧化硅(mSiO2),然后利用制备好的纳米二氧化硅改性废胶粉(WRP)。探讨了废胶粉(WRP) 和回收聚乙烯(RPE) 共混改性时改性胶粉的质量分数、纳米二氧化硅质量分数以及相容剂POE对RPE/ WRP 共混体系力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,酸催化纳米二氧化硅改性胶粉对回收聚乙烯(RPE)力学性能最好。当纳米SiO2占改性胶粉质量分数5%时,试样力学性能最好,与未改性胶粉试样相比,拉伸强度提高37%,断裂伸长率增大198%。添加5%POE后,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率都提高。探讨了热塑性弹性体ABS,超细滑石粉对HDPE力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,当ABS质量分数为20%时,ABS/HDPE试样力学性能最好,与HDPE相比,拉伸强度提高了4%,断裂伸长率增大了112%;当滑石粉质量分数为3%时,试样力学性能最好,与HDPE相比,拉伸强度提高了12%,断裂伸长率增加了59%。探讨了阻燃母料对HDPE阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,当阻燃母料质量分数为25%时,试样氧指数为26.1,达到了阻燃要求,力学性能虽然有下降,但还满足材料力学要求。

In this paper, first, the organically modified nano-silica (mSiO2) was prepared by sol - gel method, and then as-prepared nano-silica was used to modify WRP. When mixed WRP and RPE was used to modify, the effect of mass fraction of modified rubber powder and nano-silica, and compatibilizer POE on mechanical properties of RPE/ WRP blended system was discussed. The experimental results showed that nano-silica modified with acid catalyst for the recovery of polyethylene powder (RPE) indicated the best mechanical properties.

When the modified nano-SiO2 powder accounted for 5% mass fraction of modified rubber powder, the best mechanical properties were attained. Compared with unmodified powder sample, 37% of the tensile strength and 198% of elongation at break increased respectively. Addition of 5% POE increased both the tensile strength and elongation at break. Effect of thermoplastic elastomer ABS and ultra-fine talc on mechanical properties of HDPE was discussed.

The experimental results showed that, when the ABS mass fraction reached 20%, ABS / HDPE indicated the best mechanical properties and compared with HDPE the tensile strength and the elongation at break increased by 4% and 112% respectively. when the powder mass fraction reached 3%, mechanical properties of the sample was the best and compared with HDPE, the tensile strength increased and the elongation increased by 12% and 59% respectively. Flame-retardant masterbatch of flame-retardant properties of HDPE and mechanical properties were discussed. The experimental results showed that, when the mass fraction of flame-retardant masterbatch reached 25%, the sample oxygen index was 26.1and reached the fire-retardant requirements and mechanical properties complied to the mechanical requirements although there was a downward.
