The study proposed suffers some imperfections: 1. It should be mentioned, why this method is better than previously used in industry? 2. It has to be pointed out in the Abstract, numerical estimation of the effectiveness of the proposed control method. What is the numerical/ percentage value of superiority and a minority of these factors? 第一个我个人理解是在总结出说出所提方法为什么比传统方法好，第二个我理解是所提出方法的数值估计要在摘要上说明怎么估计得来，而且要说出他们对系统影响的百分比，是这样理解吗？ 这是二审回来的结果，一审的时候这个审稿员也提出了这两个问题，我按照上面理解给改了，但是二审又同样的问题，是不是我理解错误了。。各位虫友可以帮忙解读一下吗？  |
