审稿人认为基质效应计算错误，请问如何答复 已有4人参与

我设计基质效应实验是参考了别人文献的，计算公式也是别人文献上已经用过的，公式为ME(%)=(A1-A2)/A3*100% 其中，A1 represented the area of the responds of the spiked samples A2 represented the area of the responds of the samples A3 represented the area of standard solution. 这种方法来自于文献 A novel metal-organic framework composite MIL-101(Cr)@GO as an efficient sorbent in dispersive micro-solid phase extraction coupling with UHPLC-MS/MS for the determination of sulfonamides in milk samples 审稿人质疑该方法，原话是 The description of matrix effects is incorrect. What is described in that section is the calculation of apparent recovery. In LC-MS matrix effects relate to ionization suppression/enhancement due to sample matrix. 请问如何答复对方，我实验已经设计并且做完了，并不想推翻现有实验数据重新做实验，第一次投稿经验不多，谢谢大家指导，不胜感激@wyy080214@学术巨星 |

是对是错自己应该有数啊，这由不得人的意愿。如果错了只能想办法修改，没错就列文献讲道理。要注意的是，如果方法错误，改正时尽量避免可能动摇文章的根本 发自小木虫Android客户端 |
