编辑对论文语言的要求，前后矛盾，怎么解决 已有1人参与

本人最近在Journal of Aerospace Engineering上投了一篇稿子，投稿前使用AJE对文章进行了润色。编辑挑了一些格式上的错误，驳回修改。我修改完以后，编辑把文章发给主编，主编把文章给拒了，理由是： While the topic is potentially interesting, the language is below the readability level required for a major journal. Therefore, the paper needs to be edited and resubmitted before it can be sent out for review and consideration for publication. If possible, please have a copy editor or someone who is highly fluent in English review and edit the paper to improve the grammar and readability.
