编辑对论文语言的要求，前后矛盾，怎么解决 已有1人参与

本人最近在Journal of Aerospace Engineering上投了一篇稿子，投稿前使用AJE对文章进行了润色。编辑挑了一些格式上的错误，驳回修改。我修改完以后，编辑把文章发给主编，主编把文章给拒了，理由是： While the topic is potentially interesting, the language is below the readability level required for a major journal. Therefore, the paper needs to be edited and resubmitted before it can be sent out for review and consideration for publication. If possible, please have a copy editor or someone who is highly fluent in English review and edit the paper to improve the grammar and readability. If you do not have anyone who can help you, please visit our website at https://ascelibrary.org/page/englishlanguageeditingservices for a list of language cleanup services. 我打开他给的推荐网页，里面推荐的第一个润色公司就是AJE。我就回复了编辑，说我已经使用了AJE润色过了，还附上了AJE的证书。今天编辑回复我了，说还是不接受审稿，理由是： I have been in touch with the editors, and while they would like you to improve the language of your paper, you will not have to send it back to AJE.
