提不出DNA，菌液PCR也P不出

| 要鉴定8株菌（同一属），有7株菌液PCR都能P出16 S rDNA ，但有一株P不出来也提不出来DNA（加溶解酶跟SDS），大家能有什么好办法呢？ |

Primer pair to amplify the LSU rDNA D1-D2 region of all metazoa and cycling profile Universal primers designed to amplify the D1-D2 region from all metazoa (LSU-D1-2-fw1：5`-AGCGGAGGAAAAGAAACT-3`, LSU-D1-2-rev1：5`-TACTAGAAGGTTCGATTAGTC-3`) were used to identify unknown organisms, whose PCR products was unavailable for analysis using primers mentioned above. Amplification program was essentially the same as that of Sonnenberg, Nolte and Tautz (2007), and a step of 95℃ for 5 min was included to activate Taq platinum when the polymerase was used.
