冰块融化模拟问题求助
抱歉,我好像选择错了帖子属性,这是一个求助帖,非资源贴,明天我会再发一次,望谅解,谢谢
本人刚刚接触fluent,现在希望用fluent中的solidification和vof模型去模拟冰块融化,具体问题是:将一个半球状的冰块置于一个桶中间,冰块直径约是桶直径的一半,桶剩余部分被空气填满,然后加热桶的四周并保持在350k,初始冰的温度是272k,空气温度是298k。
问题是一旦我patch初始volume fraction给phase 2也就是冰的时候,结果就会十分诡异,但是不设置volume fraction就得不到我想要的冰块融化的状态。
我将原始fluent的文档上传,希望大家有时间帮我看看是怎么回事

如果不想下载文档,fluent具体的设置是:
general:
1. mesh seems to be ok with positive values for “minimum volume” and “minimum face area”.
2. solver pressure based, time unsteady, gravity checked (-9.81 in y direction), 2d-space planner.
models:
1. multiphase model (vof) with 2 eulerian phase. i have activated the check mark of “explicit” for volume fraction parameters and “implicit body force” for body force formulation.
2.solidification/melting is on (so as the energy equation)
phases:
air -primary, and ice- secondary.
material:
add ice from fluent database and set solidus temperature at 273k; liquidus temperature at 274k; pure solvent melting heat at 330000 j/kg, cp at 2100 j/kg-k and keep the rest as default.
cell zone condition:
zones are air, ice and wall and wall type is solid
boundary condition:
1.only “heat” part set with temperature at 350k, which is shown in the picture
2.both fluid zones are automatically set as “interior”.
solution method:
using default setting.
solution control: solution control is left untouched.
initialization: standard. initial temperature is 273k, patched ice at 272k, air at 350k,
time step size is 0.05s, number of time steps is 100
