While we agree that the topic was appropriate for the audience of the Bulletin of Environmental Contamination and Toxicology your paper must include measured concentrations (Please see "Aims and Scope", not just nominal concentrations. Please include your measured concentrations in your updated manuscript or there is a good chance that it will be rejected during the first round of review. If you feel measured concentrations are not required in this case, you will have to provide a very solid case in the body of your paper and within your response to the editor.

In addition, your paper must specify the QA/QC procedures used and the operating parameters of analytical instrumentation. The latest measurement techniques using chemical-specific separation and detection are also expected. These data are required or there is a good chance that your paper will be rejected during the first round of review.

Take 50 g soil and put it in the 150 mL triangular bottle. Regulating water content with aseptic water as 60% of maximum water holding capacity. Culture 5 batches of soil materials, 15 bottles each, for 10 days, replenish aseptic water once every two days.
