最近投个一区刊物，没送审拒稿。
拒稿信里面有这么一段话：While the selective recovery of ******* is useful, the paper has not explored the reasons behind this. It is important to understand the mechanism of selective *****. May be after such investigations the paper may be resubmitted.
有必要修改后，再投吗？还是拒稿的客套话。
