[交流] CIF文件的编辑

最近投稿，审稿人提出对无序水分子产生的A类错误进行解释。于是根据checkcif上的要求在cif文件的最后加入如下解释：

可为什么再次checkcif时总会提示有语法错误，是不是我编辑的问题。请高手指教，如何才能做出正确的cif。

用您提供的方法，没有语法错误了，可是Alert level A还是出现了，不知道这样是否正常。

另：我在论坛里参与交流很长时间了，也知道xi2004是个高手。所以很荣幸您能帮我。关于无序的问题是这样的：我的结构中有两个游离的水分子，由于热振动比较大，所以按无序精修的，并且修完后，各项数据均合理，由于无序水上的氢原子没有加，所以才会提示这样的A类错误。我层看过许多的文章，他们的cif中类似的A类错误都没有处理，也没有什么问题，尽管如此，我还是想把他们处理掉，所以请xi2004帮帮忙。不知这种情况下，英文要怎么说才合理呢？

你要具体指明是哪些水无序,怎样无序.
不加氢是可以的.
不过2.34距离有点近了, 要检查一下有无错误.

再麻烦一下，这样的c类错误如何解决，我指的是如何在cif中编辑，能去掉或解释

我觉得不必解释, 如果编辑不要求的话.

第一个似乎表明是racemic twin, 如果实际情况就是这样, 那可以在refinement special?里说明一下.
第二个很常见. 如果结构中有很多原子,难免出现一两个这样的alert c, 加restrains或许能消除,但不是很必要.
