用您提供的方法，没有语法错误了，可是Alert level A还是出现了，不知道这样是否正常。 另：我在论坛里参与交流很长时间了，也知道xi2004是个高手。所以很荣幸您能帮我。关于无序的问题是这样的：我的结构中有两个游离的水分子，由于热振动比较大，所以按无序精修的，并且修完后，各项数据均合理，由于无序水上的氢原子没有加，所以才会提示这样的A类错误。我层看过许多的文章，他们的cif中类似的A类错误都没有处理，也没有什么问题，尽管如此，我还是想把他们处理掉，所以请xi2004帮帮忙。不知这种情况下，英文要怎么说才合理呢？ Alert level A PLAT430_ALERT_2_A Short Inter D...A Contact O1 ..
