小修修回后被拒，这种情况可以申诉么！ 已有12人参与

1月份投的IJSS，经历了近40天的with editor， 3月初送审。5月21主编给了小修，并附带了reviewer 1和reviewer 3 的remark！润色后， 6月7号修回，7月10 号required review completed 7月14 reject！看了下编辑的回信，意思是我在修回过程中没有对审稿人的意见足够重视。可是我明明是逐条回复了啊！再往下看，我发现审稿人变成了reviewer 2和reviewer 3！并且reviewer 2 直说the authors did not take into account this reviewer’s remarks！！？？结果悲剧了！  发自小木虫Android客户端 7月25状态从reject重新变成了revise [ Last edited by 梦兰萱 on 2018-7-27 at 10:55 ] |

????reviewer 1?????:Reviewer #1: The manuscript deals with the modification of the F-criterion for the prediction of the potential crack deflection of a crack near the interface of a bimaterial system. Syntetically, the work is well written and the results are useful and quite original. Unfortunately the English used in the manuscript is very poor and fully of errors and language mistakes, so a deep language revision is necessary prior publication. ????С???Android????? |
